UK & Europe Senior Trainers - Tai Chi for Health
Senior Trainers (STs) have been a leader or instructor of a Tai Chi for Health programme for at least three years.
They assist and work with Master Trainers (MTs) in all matters relating to Tai Chi for Health programmes, including instructor training workshops. They facilitate communication with groups of instructors in their area, and help to support and upgrade instructors' skills by conducting regional instructor practice sessions.
Senior Trainers are responsible for maintaining and updating their own practice by attending workshops given by Master Trainers and Dr Paul Lam.
